Root & Rise Consulting offers a variety of consulting services including, but not limited to, People & Culture Leadership, Talent Acquisition, AI advisory for small business, and HR operations support.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services or website at any time, without notice.

All fees for services are communicated in writing through a proposal, Statement of Work (SOW), or contract. We accept payments via:

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

  • Credit card (where supported)

  • E-transfer (Canada)

  • Invoicing via Stripe or other platforms

Late payments may incur interest charges as outlined in individual service agreements.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and documents—is owned by or licensed to Root & Rise Consulting and protected under Canadian and international copyright laws.

You may not copy, reuse, modify, or distribute our content without our written permission. Limited sharing via social media or linking is permitted with attribution.

If we offer account-based services in the future (e.g., resource libraries, client portals), we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your access at any time if:

No refunds will be issued for violations of these Terms.
