At Root & Rise Consulting, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized consulting services designed to meet the unique needs of startups and growing businesses.

Because our work involves custom strategy, professional expertise, and time investment upfront, all services are non-refundable once work has commenced or a session has been delivered.

However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to reschedule a session or adjust the scope of work:

• Please provide at least 48 hours' notice prior to any scheduled session or engagement milestone.

• We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, provided they are within the original scope of work.

If you believe there has been an error or concern regarding the delivery or quality of services, please contact us at megan@rootandriseconsulting.ca within 7 days of your session or engagement milestone. We value your feedback and are committed to resolving issues in a fair and transparent manner.
